Moving back the heavy side of rock we have Titan. Titan sounds like a combination of Alaskan and Mountains Unfold. Their songs tend to be longer than your typical song mixing traditional metal screaming with powerful drum and guitar rhythms. You may find this style of vocals unattractive, but if you look past it you get some powerful and enjoyable music. Titan also likes to explore long instrumental portions which act as transitions between the different phases of the song.
Here are my favorite two songs of theirs you need to check out "Feast" and "Glory of the Fleet".
